October 11, 2019 - Raspberries, blackberries, peppery when first opened, medium bodied, still has a decent amount of fruit, balanced acidity, somewhat tart finish. Enjoyable wine at 18 years.

June 23, 2019 - 2nd of 3 bottles. I remember the first being better, more integrated. Pours dark with hints of brown and purple. Sweet nose of fig, chocolate, blackberry, coffee, taragon. Palate has good density, some slight gritty tannins, punchy acid, and shows not a hint of being 18 years old. Fruit is fresh raspberry coulis, blackberry, blueberry, chocolate and some peppery strawberry. Finish is warm, dry and tart.
