October 29, 2023 - Ditto previous notes from 2/19/23. Last bottle. Will probably grow from here, but oh well!. Addendum: On Day three, this wine is still going strong! One glass left, with no oxidization, and stored at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Hold this wine if you expect to live a few more years. Will do well in a good cellar.

August 4, 2023 - Finally the heavy tannins are gone, the wine is drinkable now, color dark, nose is not open yet delicious though, the taste is not like those Sangiovese Lovers want, spicebox or pharmarcy shop, a straight level of seduction.

March 26, 2023 - Very enjoyable, with a long finish. Much bigger bodied than I was expecting. I think it has years of life ahead of it. While we really enjoyed it, we may have drunk it a little young!

February 19, 2023 - This wine continues to improve. Where will it go from here? I have one more bottle. Tannin has resolved and fruit and acidity remain. Popped and poured, this was a fabulous accompaniment to tonight's Lasagne. Great now, but will improve!
