June 12, 2022 - Still very primary, needs another 6+ years and then maybe another 10+ to fully mature. Drinking really beautifully right now, dark cherries, strawberries, tart cranberries and rich summer ripe white plums. Just beautiful.

February 27, 2022 - Decanted 5 hours. Nice and light and fruity. Not too complex. Bit more fruit came out after 1 hour in the glass. So suggest decanting 6+ hours. Great with mushrooms and chicken.

Palate: rich and creamy, savory plum flavors with notes of wood and nuts. Very fine tannins. Low acidity. Good structure and length. Very good. -
