December 25, 2021 - Light golden in color. Nose of brioche and yeast. Sweet flavor with a lingering tartness. Candied lemon and honey flavors.

October 4, 2020 - Creamy texture with very fine bubbles. The predominant use of Flora grapes accentuates warm spice notes such as cardamom and cinnamon, but there are definite lemon pie citrus notes underneath. Yeast notes are blunt like pie crust.

May 1, 2020 - Surprised about this. Opened it to use in making my nightly spritz. Tried it real quick on its own and man is it good. I was expecting to be turned off by the sweetness, but it is just the right balance, and 6 years of age doesn't hurt.
