  February 25, 2024 - I opened the bottle with the Coravin and got two glasses so far. Enjoying it lots of dark fruits and plum Tastes very dark, chocolate

  October 3, 2023 - Recognizable as a merlot, but much lighter than I would like. Up in WA state, better merlots can be had for 1/3 of the price. Vaguely Pomerolesque, but ultimately more just pretentious and mildly underwhelming.

  January 5, 2023 - Red and black fruit, some cedar. Tannins are softening but still benefited from a decant, and drank well on day two.

  July 23, 2022 - Mineral-laden red and black fruit on the nose, with cedar in the background. The palate shows mostly red fruit - red plum, strawberry, cranberry - and a hint of green. Quite tart and tannic to start, it opens up with air. This is definitely on the lean side. If I had more of these I think I would wait a few more years and see if it shows interesting tertiary development.
