October 7, 2023 - My third bottle in about 5 years. Once again really delivering great depth and quality. On the nose a great composition of stone fruit, loamy earth, wet clay. Palate shows intense fruit, black and blue, with a mineral and gravel undertone. There is a touch of oak on the back end. Along with some green notes. This is in a great place to drink with a few hours of air. Overall delivers.

May 11, 2023 - {Corton Clos des Corton tasting organized by JL at Black Cat} Standout in a flight with the 2013, 2017, 2018. Elegant if a bit reserved nose, not opulent but still packed with fruit, very good length, needs time! Agree with other cellartracker notes, 92-93 tonight

    Dette er skikkelig Burgund.
Meget lang med de fineste tanniner.
    Bestemt finish. 93p

October 17, 2020 - Second bottle in 8 months. Very crispy and linear. Nose shows strawberry patch, bing cherry, acute pomegranate, berry garden. Palate is juicy and High tone, with more bing and sour cherry, stone fruits and crunchy gravel.

June 29, 2020 - This wine is currently a bold, muscular Burgundy with impressive concentration and depth and rather hedonistic. I followed it over two days and it showed clearly improved on day 2 with more aromatic complexity and a touch more sweet fruit but it is clear, this will need more time to integrate and mellow. Currently it drinks at roughly 94 points but it has the potential to become a 96-98 point wine once mature. I would wait at least until 2026 before opening another bottle.

TN: On the nose and especially palate this displays fresh red fruit with sweet and sour raspberries, strawberries and red cherries, lots of terroir expression with minerality, earthy tones, mushrooms and stems. On day 1 the sweetness and fruit was more dominating, on day 2 the earthy tone along some burnt sugar and toasted oak showed up making it more balanced and complex. Very good intensity and precision. Impressive concentration and length embedded in a harmonious structure with bold but very fine tannins and a good freshness. Medium++ length.

Decanting: Better wait 5 to 10 years. If you open a bottle today, a very long decant is advised.
