November 21, 2020 - Pours a dark crimson color. Aromas are characteristic, showing dark fruit and a touch of hickory smoke.
On the palate, this wine is medium to full in body with moderate tannins and low (approaching flat) acidity. Flavors include dark plum fruit, blackberry, and cocoa. The finish is bittersweet and carries some dried herb flavors.
Not bad for the low Last Bottle price. Not something I'd buy again, but perfectly acceptable. -
