May 8, 2022 - PnP, color is salmon-orange. Nose of medium intensity and notes of salted watermelon and orange slice as well as cherry Chapstick. Attack is full of lemon, watermelon, and cherry hard candies. Med- body and med acid with some balancing bitterness. Wax bottle candies and a light meatiness on the midpalate and medium finish, the latter note indicative of the 40% syrah. Interesting and decent quality, but not our style. Probably past peak, drink up. Not a recommended buy. Good 84.

January 15, 2018 - This would be a decent weeknight quaffer if it weren’t for the skunky nose, which never really dissipates. Golden orange and some generous melon, papaya and peppery elements on the palate. But can’t get past the skunk. (��= Pass)
