January 13, 2022 - This Southern Italian Red from Campania needed 3 hours of decant to open up and reveal it's beauty. 50% Cab Sauv, 30% Aglianico, and 20% Merlot. Smooth silky tannins after the decant, med + acidity, excellent balance and finish. Complexity grabs and keeps your attention. Blackberry, leather, tobacco, cherry, underbrush.
