July 26, 2017 - Consumed from a 375 mL. Light golden color. Aromas of apricot, pear, honeycomb, and petrol. Generous fruit on the palate with a fair amount of residual sugar (25 g/L), a luscious mouthfeel, good acidity, 13.2% alcohol, and long mineral finish.

June 10, 2017 - Rich, dry with a sweetness on finish. From half. Full bottles can last another 5-6 years, becoming more viscous.
