October 5, 2018 - Holy shit wow, caught us off guard how great this was.
Diesel and herbs, fresh acidity, lime, stone fruit, full 45 sec finish. -

Peach and melon followed by lime and minerals. There is a slight bite on the long finish that keeps this from being outstanding. Nit picking though -

March 4, 2018 - Aromas are more delicate than expected, but reveal white peach, nectarine and lime zest with delicate flowers, saline and mineral.
Dry on the palate with flavors of key lime, white peach, nectarine and melon that finishes with mineral and florals that are restrained but precise. Focused through the finish as acidity seems to gain in intensity.
