March 30, 2024 - Smooth red fruit, black pepper, slightly hot ending but good balance.

January 20, 2024 - Dark ruby red with a faint tinge of brown at the edge, medium-bodied, good viscosity, bramble and forest fruits on the nose. Rich, spicy, mouth-filling and a long finish. A perfect accompaniment to coq au vin on a snowy night. Not sure this will improve much, and very tempting to drink the remaining bottles immediately!

May 15, 2023 - 90 minute decant. Nose of dark cherries, kirsch, and roses. Dark and spicy red fruits with meaty and peppery notes and a touch of garrigue. Thick but soft tannins with syrupy black cherry, sour cherry, and long lingering. Came off better than last month's tasting.
