March 17, 2024 - Very slightly corked.. But of swampiness at first on the nose great acid and fruit balance but missing the wonderful sous bois and fruit balance previous bottles have shown.. Palate tightened as with the nose and slight 5ca came out explaining the discrepancy. Even. A touch kills and aged wine.

September 30, 2023 - ‘93 acids, cranberry and raspberry, earth, tasty but rather straightforward with complexity I’d hope with age. B/B-

September 1, 2023 - PnP. Enjoyed over 2 nights with dinner. Agree with Mpls members that this wine is acid-forward with browning, but expressive fruit. Spices and earth notes as well. Seems to be holding steady as tonight was near identical experience to the 2019 notes. Last bottle will go in next couple years.

July 11, 2021 - This wine still has so much structure that I think it's 5-10 years out. Beautiful nose of red fruit and earth, but the palate is heavy and tannic. Will likely straighten-out into a high-QPR quaff, but it still needs time - which is a little odd to say for a 28-year wine . . .

February 22, 2020 - Still shockingly primary and not very giving. Is it possible that a 27-year old village Burgundy is shut down?
