May 7, 2023 - Tannins are well-integrated and this is drinking well now. Palate shows blackberry and some licorice. Still a bit drying on the finish. Not quite living up to its ratings and price, but decent.

January 29, 2023 - 80/20 Grenache/Mourvèdre; 15%ABV. The alcohol is very dominant on the nose. On the palate there is lavender and cherry with some olive skin savouriness. Lots of weight and intensity with lovely fine tannins. This has plenty of pedigree but I do wonder if the high alcohol will continue to dog this wine. Revisit in 2028.

May 20, 2020 - Sharp nose - contrasted by smooth follow. Medium body. Subtle Rhone flavor, weaker than than alternatives. Would be a good choice for a soft bottle.
