March 30, 2024 - Erreur de sommellerie (Chablis Wine Not), on m'a fait goûter sans le montrer, alors que j'avais commandé un Montée de Tonnerre '14 que je voulais servir à l'aveugle!
Énergique et très salin, il a de l’allonge et de la précision, c’est puissant, jeune, très concentré et profond. Un grand vin, très jeune bien sûr, mais impressionnant. 96-97++ -

The depth and complexity of Les Clos is shining through here, and with air one gets a peek into what’s coming in 5-10 years. There is intensity of flavors here, richness and concentration. June 16, 2023 - Burgundy trip 2023; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023: Intensity medium. Elderflower, yellow flower, yellow apple, pear, peach, minerals, cream, yeast, saline. Acidity medium(+). Finish long. Silky soft and elegant Chablis. So pretty. Good to drink now, but this wine is likely to amaze for years to come.
