  August 16, 2020 - Dark red going to black; intense deep nice licorice nose; rich rounded chocolate wine with good acidity to hold it up; perfect for the homemade burger we had; really good value for money

  December 26, 2019 - Drinks nicely, balanced, moderate tannin that smoothed out quickly. Red fruit, blackberry, cherry, raspberry, coffee, bit of cocoa and vanilla. At a discount, worth it, not so much at full price.

  October 13, 2019 - ~1 hour decant, raspberries, and coffee nose giving way to flavors of dark red fruit and mocha with a big satisfying presence on the palate.
  
  Second day the initial characteristics were toned down with an uptick in pyrazines. Definitely liked it more the first day so I'll have to make sure the bottle gets finished when I inevitably pick this up again.
