December 30, 2020 - Very pale, watery yellow. Seems less viscous than your average condrieu. Certainly very restrained on the nose. White peach, peach blossom. Delicate palate, quite restrained too, steelier than many. Ethereal

November 30, 2020 - Pure and ethereal. Not quite as aromatic as expected - honeysuckle, jasmine, musk, citrus blossom, white peach, melon, honeydew, orange peel. The slightly waxy palate shows higher acidity along with flavors of stones, smoke, bitter almond, and hints of oak, asparagus, and straw. Multi-layered subtleties, long finish. Wine of the night for a few people. Improved the longer it was open.
