Community Tasting Notes 2

August 24, 2011 - Holding very well at age 7. Very Chablis on the nose (lime/chalk) but lacking a bit of focus and delineation on the palate. Still outstanding quality for the price.

November 6, 2006 - Citrus fruit and rocky minerals on the nose. Almost bone dry on the palate, but there's is enough filling (glycerol) for the already detectable citrus and apple fruit to shine through after a few years of bottle age; fair amount of minerals, some metal and serious citrus-like acidity. Might merit a higher score in a few years time.
