Community Tasting Notes 2

May 18, 2012 - This really wasn’t that good. Lovely honeyed nose. Initial impression of a solid fruit core – but things fall away quickly and leave a bitter wine. (75)

May 11, 2008 - Deep golden color with a hint of amber. Oh Boy! Stunning nose of fresh honeycomb, stewed apples and quince. A touch of petrol finds its way in there. Full, rich and initially sweet…the acid support kicks in and leaves a full, perfectly balanced sip of nectar. A perfect match for stinky cheese or foie gras. 60 second plus finish. A monumental bottle of white wine. (99)
