June 17, 2021 - Nice French oak on the nose, blueberry, tobacco, with subtle spices - sage, bay leaf. Initially dry with moderate tannins after 15 mins of air, but the wine opened up and smoothed considerably by 1 hour. Dark fruit, tobacco, and earth on the palate with a hint of vanilla. Lingering finish with mild spices. Drink now.

December 13, 2020 - Moden Bordeaux stil. Myk, medium kropp med god munnfylde tradisjonell smaksbilde. Flott følge til indrefilet sous vide. Kunne ligget tre fire år til i kelleren.

December 29, 2017 - Rødlilla. Mørk men gjennomsiktig homogen farge (ikke mørk i kjerne). Både lukt og smak er dominert av mørke bær. En del syre. Lite tanniner. Relativ kort. Enkel, men god.
