June 23, 2023 - An outstanding Rutherford wine. I love Rutherford for its dusty mouthfeel wines and this wine frankly shines as it contrasts that mouthfeel with a fruit forward blackberry and cassis flavor profile at the start. Finish reveals the dusty character and makes this a winner. This is punching way above its weight and for that reason for me it gets a 93 +.
