January 7, 2023 - A couple of years since my last note. Still dark fruits (primarily blackberry) but I'm not getting the earth I tasted a couple of years ago. I did, however, get a hint of cocoa.
In the middle of the PS style. It paired well with my wife's chili, but I wouldn't pair it with spicy foods like curries. -

November 20, 2022 - This is a dark, glass (and teeth) staining Petit Sirah. Took about 3 hours for the fruits to shine but if you like this style of wine, it's a beauty!

October 24, 2021 - Opened another bottle after nine months. Still tightly wound and acidic upon opening, but I planned for that. After six hours it was beginning to show off the deep, dark fruits. This still has lots of longevity!
