September 16, 2023 - Poured through Coravin with aerator. After 10 years in the bottle this wine has matured beautifully. Tannins are fully integrated and tertiary notes of leather and a touch of smoke have developed, with none of that harsh tannic astringency that marks many younger Nobiles. Paired well with a bucatini/tomato/burrata/truffle dish.
