January 17, 2018 - Aroma of ripe blackcurrent, licorice, smoked olives, hints of mint and earthy oak. Quite restrained nose. Palate filled with sour cherries, red bell pepper and eucalyptus. Medium bodied, fresh and more elegant style Cabernet. Simple and clean flavors. Finish is a touch watery and short.
