July 3, 2021 - Typical characteristics of a Gran Reserva, but couldn't quite get much past the smokiness and oak, on both the nose and palate. Was hoping for more. Poured and let breathe in glass for a good 20-30mins, but still no luck. Might need a good few more years in bottle; will give the next try a solid 2hr decant and update if things change.

March 21, 2020 - Medium light bodied, cedar and tobacco along with red fruits. Slight tannins and good drinking over the next 2 years.
