February 25, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of red plum, earth. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. This will need some time before it get better.

October 4, 2022 - Decanted 1.5 hr prior. Was still fairly closed. Opened up progressively from fairly tight and tannic to more fruit but with nice underbrush. I would say 3 hr decant prior to drinking is about right now. Needs 2 yrs+ more. Excellent potential. Biodynamic.

May 21, 2019 - Red cherries, plums, spices. Lacked the salinity/ minerality that I prefer in my wine.
Also a bit tight/ tannic - probably should have given it longer decanting time.
