  March 4, 2024 - Rich tropical fruit with a hint of near sweetness. Good weight and density. Fun now, I will hold my final bottle a few more years to see how really sec-y this becomes.

  September 30, 2023 - Pretty much in line with previous note. Some additional development with a slightly more waxy profile. Honey, white flowers and lemon. Entering its drinking window now. Versatile and a bit of a swiss army knife in terms of food pairing. Very good qpr.

  November 30, 2022 - Rich, full-bodied, less obvious sweetness than the 2014. Could be mistaken for decent white burgundy. Ready to drink, could pair well with just about anything. Don’t recall what I paid (via Garagiste) but its a bargain at the price indicated.

  May 7, 2021 - I a good phase right now with both youthful fruit and some savory tertiary aromas. There is a little bit of RS but I think that it is fully in balance with the high acidity. It has gained more depth and broader texture with time. It is intensive, long and shows layers upo layers with yellow fruit, white florals, wet stones, honey and baking spice. Drink now through 2023.
