May 11, 2024 - 43rd Annual Zinfandel Retrospective - the 2016s (R&D’s): Blind. Red color with a slightly lighter meniscus. Notes of red berry fruit, plum and coffee bean. Medium-bodied, with flavors of briary red fruit and pepper. Takes on a slight blue fruit quality with air- could be a stable mate to wine C...Biale's wines can sometimes take on blue fruit notes. Balanced, with a fruit-filled finish. 92-93 pts. (R&D)

April 4, 2024 - A nose of dark fruits and spices, dark purple in color. A full bodied red, with black cherry, smokey pepper and spice on long finish, short decant. www.winelx.com

March 18, 2024 - Ideal drinking spot for me- plush berry fruits that are fully integrated, and still youthful. Not showing signs of age by why wait. Great match w carne asada.
