June 3, 2012 - - Medium forming legs. It's lacking fruit with a medium body. Narrow texture with a medium finish - Opaque purple, brown core fading to a purple brownish rim. Black cherry, plum, raspberry and slight barnyard on the nose. Blackberry, cassis and slight pepper on the palate. Soft tannins with a bit of acidity. Medium finish. Maybe about one or two years to late in opening this bottle. Overall not bad, but a bit unbalanced.
