  November 27, 2020 - Medium garnet color with aromas of red fruits and baking spices. The wine is medium bodied and dry, with a curious jolt of spritz on the palate. Fortunately this fades within an hour and the wine reveals notes of dark cherry, raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb, oak, earth, and vanilla. Acid medium, alcohol medium, tannins medium. A decent effort already in decline. Drink asap.

  November 14, 2020 - A tangy Pinot Noir from Sonoma.
  
  Showing red fruits with earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco, herbs and cola.
  
  Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
  
  Dry on the palate and easy drinking. Better with food.
  
  A good everyday wine. Would be nice to see how this evolves in the next few years.
  
  14.5% alcohol by volume.

Surprising spritz around the edges of the tongue. Normally, I would attribute that to acidity, but I am not getting acid tartness. Just seems unusual to me.
