  November 16, 2020 - several bottles later, and my experience is very consistent... 4+ hour decant critical and needs to be on cool side (60ish degrees), and this is a very enjoyable wine.. PnP and warm and it's terrible

  June 29, 2020 - Raspberry, finely grained spice, graphite, peppercorns, hints of mint and basil on the nose -- well-defined aromatics. On the palate there's more fruit, but a nice mix of berries, it's a little darker on the palate than the nose. Medium acid and somewhat chewy medium+ tannins.
  
  Took a bit to open up and it has some nicely defined notes, though feels ever so slightly flat on the palate -- still, really nice wine.

  January 17, 2020 - I have had several bottles of this wine, and beginning to see a pattern: my experience is that this is almost undrinkable PnP; I decanted and kept it cellar temp and after 4 hours, it emerged as a very enjoyable wine

  July 12, 2019 - solid, with gravitas for a zin. Darker fruit and bramble; still plenty of tannin but it is masked by the fruit.
