October 22, 2023 - USA 2013 tasting by Sander (By SS @ De Ertepeller in Papendrecht): In the bouquet dark berries and some oaky impressions. On the palate dark berries, chocolate, good acidity and round tannin. Some sweet impressions as well as some bell pepper. The wine is showing some development and has a good length.

Tasted non blind.
Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of soapstone, talc, thistle and mixed dark fruit. Flavors of black berries, cherries and boysenberries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink with air or hold.1 person found this helpful Comment -

September 19, 2020 - Stupendous. Cassis, black fruit, even some violet. Drinking amazingly right now. Tannin is present, but not overpowering. Bit of alcohol, but balanced nicely
