March 15, 2024 - Explosive smell, cherry pie, tobacco leaf. Very powerful nose. Full bodied and rich in the mouth. Black pepper, all spice. Pomegranate molasses. Excellent.

August 14, 2021 - Huge smell. black cherry and herbal smells. High concentration, mouth coating polished tannin, an abrupt tart note initially in the mouth but unfolds into spice and fruit. Liquorice. Long finish. A big wine.

January 16, 2021 - Still young. Dark purple colour. Dark fruit smell, black cherry, blackberry. Tobacco leaf and wood. Massive presence in the mouth, a very powerful and concentrated wine. High acid and tannin. Long fruity finish, just beginning to show some development in earthy dusty herbal characteristics. Excellent.

October 17, 2020 - Slurp! En vin, der passer perfekt til mine smagsløg. Lækker åben næse med røde kirsebær, brombær, kirsebærsten, mentol, lakrids, støv, lidt peber og frisk tahitivanille. I munden er vinen forsat frisk og ung med nogle tanniner. Perfekt sangiovese-syre samt et lækker frugtstyret og herlig lang eftersmag. Hvis jeg skal fremhæve en ulempe er det den høje alkoholpct. Er egentlig fint integreret og alkoholen “larmer” ikke i smagen, men derimod i blodet. Kan fint drikkes nu eller gemmes 5-8 år.

March 28, 2020 - Rich blackberry and cherry smell, heady and ripe, liqourice, balsamic acid smell too. Thick and sweet fruited in the mouth, followed by a whack of acid. It's just about recognisable as Sangiovese. The alcoholic heat is in the background and the whole wine despite its massive presence and structure is still well balanced. Moderate tannic bite and a long finish. Excellent.
