September 2, 2023 - This was a very nice bottle of Burgundy from a wonderful producer that was enjoyed by all. It was a smooth, balanced wine that was predominantly red fruit with good acid and spice.
This bottle was much better than our previous experience - due, I suspect, to 4+ years of age.
I look forward to my remaining bottles.

January 19, 2021 - A very good entry-level Bourgogne. It smells absolutely charming, with notes of raspberry coulis, sour cherries and a hint of sous-bois. It's rather acidic on the palate, and possibly has a touch of volatile acidity to it. The cherry notes are carried over, as well as a very terroir-driven structure.

This is already drinking great, but I imagine it will hit an equilibrium in 3-5 years time. A good wine for consuming in the near future, while you wait for your 1er- and grand crus.

April 28, 2020 - Noch sehr säure-betont. Braucht noch ein paar Jahre, erst dann wieder probieren.

January 27, 2020 - Good QPR for a cheap bourgongne, vivid, smooth, a lot red fruit with rose petal, light smoke. Better than many more expensive grand crus.

June 26, 2019 - No notes, but this was a good and flirty wine with lots of red berrys and spices on the nose. On the palate it was mediumbodied minus, fruity with racy acidity and with a decent length. Good qpr and very enjoyable! Drink now and the following year.
