March 30, 2024 - Nose: Deeply scented raspberry, dark cherry, leather and spice notes. Gamey herbs and an earthy core. Palate: The fruit has a dense / fresh quality to it. Packed an layered with cherry skin, raspberry tart, plum and turned soils. Finish: Excellent length. A lovely accompaniment to a tenderloin tartare.
