November 7, 2018 - Not that good at the regular $25 price, but at the sale price of less the half, it was ok. Round and soft with apples and pears. A bit flat on the finish... there was acidity, yet it didn't perk up the palate that much. This was tasted on arrival and perhaps it needs some rest. UPDATE: Much better on day two, with the structure firming up and the fruit a bit more lively.
