December 9, 2023 - Compared to a Ferraton Paradis drunk alongside, lighter relaxed and easy. Fruit led, almost cru Beaujolais in style with Syrah flavours. Good to go.

October 28, 2023 - Blackberry, pepper, olive tapenade and meat. Nice but slightly hot finish

July 16, 2023 - Muted on opening and needed a good 4 hours in the decanter to open up to a clean and expressive nose of juicy dark cherry and blackberry with sweet game, piquant black olive, dried rose petal and peppercorn. Medium bodied and refined on the palate- polite and restrained, with bright acidity and resolved tannins. This has a certain delicacy and subtlety, to the extent you’d need to be conscious of how you pair it- and on this occasion I’d have liked something a bit more raw, wild and assertive.

February 8, 2022 - Delicious, regret buying just one bottle.

Plum & blackcurrant, bit meaty & floral aromas. Velvety, med+ body. Gently gripping tannins and excellent acidity - everything in balance. Opened up after a short decant. Typical Rhone Syrah pepper and olives.

November 6, 2021 - Drinking very well right now, well integrated oak, blackberry, and earthy flavors, went very well with steak au poivre. Recommended.
