May 21, 2023 - Steak with pepper sauce. Very good St Joseph, as always from Y. Cuilleron

    June 18, 2022 - 第一次,气味尚可,但是并不十分充分,口中偏稀淡。接下来几次,一次比一次差。

March 28, 2022 - WSET 3 - session 4 (Utrecht): [Blind tasted] Very expressive on the nose; black currant, cassis, clove, stewed black berry, leather, wet leaves, meaty. Medium acidity, medium tannins, long finish. Already developing quite nicely

June 13, 2021 - Immediately very charming and classic on the nose. It smells like elegant Syrah should. After decanting for about an hour, the wine was properly open, and offered very elegant fruits, a balanced acidity, and no notable tannins. This went well with flank steak. Drink now or through the next five years or so.

    February 13, 2021 - Appearance
    The wine is deep ruby,

    Nose
The wine is developing and exhibits pronounced aromas of black cherry, black plum, blackberry, black pepper, dusty gravel, sage and leather.

    Palate
The wine is dry, full bodied, with high acidity, medium (+) tannins, medium alcohol and exhibits pronounced flavors of black cherry, red cherry, blackberry, black plum, savory herbs, and vanilla.

    Conclusion
The quality of the wine is very good. It will benefit from further aging, but can be enjoyed now.
