  January 3, 2007 - Fairly dark red to purple color for pinot. Bizarre nose. First impression was tuna can...then I got sauerkraut....very metallic. Fortunately those flavors didn't come through on the palate. Some sweet red fruit flavors up front. A bit of creaminess and cherry-cola on the finish. Overall drinking nicely (except for the nose)...probably at the end of it's drinking window.

  December 29, 2004 - McCormick & Schmidt’s: Great muskiness, ripe rich berries and cherry notes; silky smooth, full and flavorful. Great Pinot!
