March 2, 2024 - Super tasty, my bubbles WotN for our Denver Wine Group Champagne and Bordeaux night. Chalky minerality, medium, persistent mousse, light touch of lemon.

July 2, 2023 - Wow, opened a magnum of this beautiful wine for my 55th bday. DG 06/2017, made of 80% Chardonnay and 20% PN.
Lovely, drinking so nicely right now, showing citrus, green apple, chalk, salinity, white pepper and lime. Gorgeous acidity and crisp, long finish that is regal and all-enveloping.
