September 8, 2023 - France Trip: Paris, Champagne, Burgundy; 9/3/2023-9/17/2023 (Paris, Champagne, Burgundy): Light salmon color. Drank a glass over an hour at Veuve Cliquot. PN50(w/ 13% still Bouzy Rouge), C 30, PM20, 7yrs on lees. Fresh nose, wistful and delicate, strawberry, vanilla. The palate is raspberry, light, elegant, very expressive and energetic. Loved it.
