    January 25, 2021 - january 2021
    perfect cork, recently purchased
    enjoyed over two days
    100% Syrah

robe - showing no signs of age with a slight purple /magenta rim. very pretty and no where close to being inky or " dark " transparent. almost in the realm of a dark pinot.
nose - presenting notes of red and darker fruits, hint of some raw meat. these meat notes are not dominating but are hovering in the background . very pretty , starting to show some secondary notes
palate - this came together quite quickly in the glass showing nice balance of darker red fruits, healthy acid and some dusty tannins. all seems to be in check and very pleasant. decent length. Remember, this is a cote du rhone level wine but is not indicated on the label.

very nice and a bit more full than the 2013 in the same stage.
I would buy a few more bottles of this for the ride and at 12.00 euros in paris - score! When the 15s become available, I will surely buy a few. for 2014, this is doing well and for the price, no brainer

January 19, 2020 - Fresh nose of eucalyptus, dark cherries, raspberry jam, meaty and peppery spices notes. Medium+ bodied with greenish (in pleasant way) tannins and well balanced juicy red berry acidity. 90/100 (91+/100 in personal pleasure scale)

August 5, 2017 - Cloudier dark maroon; some reduction and funk on the nose, white pepper, underneath there is some smoked meat, black pepper as a mix of white and darker rock, granite; palate is a little thin probably due to the vintage, very fresh lemony finish, lots of pomegranate, cranberry, sour cherry; delicious.
