March 19, 2019 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Medium lemon yellow. The nose is clean, youthful, with aromas of green apple, white peach, yellow plum, yellow flowers, herbs (thyme) and a touch of honey. No oak. The palate is dry, with medium to medium (+) acidity and alcohol. The palate is consistent with the nose but also has a marked saline and savory mineral note on the finish. Drinking well now and for the foreseeable future, but not intended for aging.
