July 29, 2021 - Nez de baies rouges, d'épices, de cuir, de foin et sous-bois...et truffe. Fruits mûrs, tannins fins, souple, acidité bien présente et petit côté salin. Finale courte à moyenne. Très bien avec le repas...spaghetti sauce tomate et viande.
