July 8, 2022 - Made with Burgundian phylosophy from prephylloxera vines aged up to 200 years, a single varietal organically grown Verdejo, aged in 50% new FR oak barrels for 10 months. Medium+ golden colour. Aroma of yellow flowers, vax, almonds, macadamia, peaches, dried apricots. Palate is silky smooth and concentrated, powerfully built structure with nutty and sherry flavoured notes, medium light acidity with spicy and bitter touches.

April 21, 2019 - Fruit and minerality with complimentary (not overpowering) oak - vanilla, honeysuckle, flower, flint, toast. Great stuff - still young will be good for years to come.
