    July 26, 2021 - sb
    Pale straw yellow.
Served blind, I initially thought this was a fairly innocuous pinot Blanc (part of the 11 grape blend), but with 30 minutes of air this becomes much more interesting with some petrol, pineapple and other tropical notes. This maintains great balance, acidity, but never austere. RS 1.3gm, but not detectable by me except for the slight roundness that makes this quite pleasant and tireless.

September 3, 2020 - Lemon, green bean, parsley, underripe pear at first on a broad but restrained palate; with air, moved heavily into the earth and humus end of the spectrum. Interesting match for something like goulash, I’d imagine.

April 5, 2020 - Field blend of Gruner, Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, and many more. A little general in profile, tart, green tones, citrus driven, acidity high, but then nearly off-dry and fruity. Not sure what to make if it. Good alternate for Pinot Grigio drinkers. Was not good with the dinner we had (chicken, squash, heavy seasoning).

March 21, 2020 - Pale yellow. A pungent and deeply ripe nose reflects the warmth of the vintage offering aromas of yellow apple, stewed melon, citrus confit, yellow flowers, saffron and crushed rocks. Nearly full bodied on the palate this is dry and notably rich without seeming flabby with medium+ acidity lending balance. Tasty, if assertive.

February 28, 2019 - Pale yellow colour, smells of lychee, nuts and in the background of melon, medium body, dry, but not in a tart way, in the mouth lychee and nutty, in the aftertaste nutty and lychee, good length (15 sec), a really interesting wine with an (for me at least) unusual flavour profile
