December 6, 2016 - I recant my earlier testimony about this particular wine and vintage. It has matured better than expected over the past few years. Mellowed considerably an hour after decanting.

October 18, 2014 - Drank this last night, 3 years after recommended 'hold to' date. Still a beautiful, deep purple wine, long legs. Strong blueberry/blackberry notes fill your mouth, long smooth finish.
We decanted it about 1 hour before drinking. Had reserved a small amount of non-decanted wine and agreed decanting definitely improved. Opened the nose and made the flavors more accessible -

I believe the others were stored incorrectly before I purchased them....anyway a nice end to that vintage of RBlock.
I would say drink'em if you got 'em!
