September 29, 2023 - Simply delicious balance of fruit, peppery DCV spices, toast, and silky elegance. Even without a decanter and decent stemware this shined with Jack Stack BBQ brisket.

September 25, 2023 - Crimson in color. 14.8% ABV. Sublime nose of black fruits, anise and pepper. Full bodied with mouth watering acidity. Loaded with plush, earthy dark fruits. Black cherry, blackberry, mulberry and pepper on the palate. The finish is long and spicy. The stuffing is here for continued development. Best over the next 2-4 years.
