July 9, 2023 - Decanted 1 hr. Drank over 2 days. Day 2 tastes were a bit bolder. Dry with consistent tastes of dark fruits & cherry.

June 9, 2023 - Cherry, vanilla, oak and leather; Full body, structured, rich and smooth; good tannins and long finish. Goes well with Taleggio cheese and pork chops. ;)
