December 17, 2006 - Champagne dinner at Acme. Electric pink in color. Very primary and in need of time but has all the raw materials one would expect from a Vilmart Rubis. Medium bodied and dripping with fresh strawberries. Nice acid structure. A classy wine consumed way too early. 50+13+12+8.5+8.5 = 92++
